Meublation

About Us

A student-run project for a circular economy at HEC Paris.

Our story

From a student idea to a campus service

2019

Meublation starts as a student project on the HEC Paris campus, to build a circular economy for furniture.

2021

Esp'R, the ecological club of HEC Paris, takes over the management of the project.

Then

A storage service is added for students who leave campus for a long time.

Next

A rental service is the next step.

≈ 7 t

of reusable furniture and appliances thrown away every year by students leaving campus.

Why Meublation

Born from a simple observation

Too much reusable furniture was thrown away when students left campus.

Our idea is to make it easy for outgoing students to resell their furniture to incoming students. It reduces waste, and gives students an affordable way to furnish their room.

Good For The Planet

Meublation's first goal is waste reduction by trading second-hand furniture.

Good For the Pocket

Second-hand furniture allows both the seller and the buyer to save money.

Secure Payments

Thanks to our experience, we are a serious project fully supported by HEC Paris.

On-Campus Store

No need to travel miles to buy furniture, our store is available on the campus.
